Meet The Chefs
Chef Albert Weston (left), Chef Anthony Henderson (middle) and Chef Kearston "KD" Edwards (right) are three talented young entrepreneurs in the culinary industry, based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Their journey together began when they discovered that they all share the same goal: to disrupt the food scene in Charlotte. All three felt that the food in one of North Carolina's fastest growing cities, lacks flavor, spice and creativity. The Chefs specialize in new world cuisine with a focus on healthy, fresh and flavorful cooking techniques. They pride themselves in the food that they create and the smiles that their dishes inspire. They maintain a high level of effort and care with each dish that they serve...it is a true form of art. The Chefs are devoted Charlotte community members. Most of their food products and supplies are sourced from local farmers and vendors. They share their knowledge and skills with other entrepreneurs and chefs in the Charlotte community, and love to give back by regularly serving free meals and supplies to those who are in need.
